About MNF
The Michigan Nurses Foundation (MNF) was created in 2000 to advance nursing and nursing education by awarding educational scholarships and research grants to nurses and nursing students as well as support for nurses recovering from substance use or mental health issues.
The MNF is funded through private contributions and fundraising activities and is officially recognized by the IRS as having a 501(c) (3) status, therefore your donation works to support the Foundation’s mission as well as providing tax benefits for you and your heirs.
Our Mission
The mission of the Michigan Nurses Foundation is to promote an educated, and professional nurse workforce through the advancement of nursing research, support for nursing education, and assistance for the recovering medical professional. Through the Michigan Nurses Foundation, opportunities are provided for those who wish to establish a legacy today for tomorrow’s nurses.
